DESIGN FINAL PROJECT- "X-TRA EXHIBITION SPACE CREATION

Exhibition space design for contemporary gallery to include with 'extra' activity that comes together with the exhibits. The design of the interior must be inspired by the selective keywords as well as to accommodate the needs of displays or exhibits manner. The touch of "X" tra ordinary in design will distinguish the normal gallery design.This is the final project combine idea research from project 1 & 2.

At the ground floor :

1) LOBBY>counter, sofa, only one open entrance for people to enter exhibition area 1, one hidden private door for exist 

2) EXHIBITION AREA 1 > tunnel design concept inspirate by protective keyword, art deco architecture design, display penang historical food

3)EXHIBITION AREA 2+ ACTIVITY AREA > different levelling inspirate by radial keyword, a big tree mold at the center surrounded by upholstery chair,skylight design, displaying penang famous food,street food 3D map

**note: I should add in pendant light because it is double volume area.

In this project we have to provide mezzanine floor :

1) OFFICE+STORAGE 

2) MULTI-MEDIA AREA > showing penang food introducing programme and provide recipe books

I have add in PATIO for the reason

- for people to taste penang food

- because of the site I choose is near to the sakura garden,patio is set for people to enjoy the nice view

-to attract people to come back again
